	If the daily antivirus definition download is not successful, are you informed?
	Are any hacker intrusion or virus activities reported to you or your technology partner?
	Is your system monitored and kept up to date with latest security patches that are released just about on a weekly basis?

	Can you communicate with your current computer service provider instantly or do you have to leave voice messages on answering machines?
